This has been the busiest quarter yet for us, as we have added Customer Service functions, installed a new accounting system, increased our contract and order backlog by approximately $1.5 million, and enjoyed successful test results on two new products.

If you are a customer and wish to have secure access to your data, drawings, schedules, and other information, we have provided a feature on our website for you. With a username and password, clients can now view files related to their projects. This feature is in use by our employees for sharing information, and we wish to extend the luxury to our clients. Recently we have added new clients, including the U.S. Coast Guard, for various Research & Development work (see http://conquestinnovations.com/Press-Room/109/) related to our hailing and warning system technologies. Included in this work is the integration of our new military products with DEFT™ technology. DEFT is a system that compensates for atmospheric conditions, enabling improved audio intelligibility when transmitting toward extremely long-range audiences.

In July, together with the cooperation of pilots, paratroopers, officers, users, and contractors, we held fully successful field demonstrations of two loudspeaker products. The first was our air-droppable Scatterable Loudspeaker System intended for use in areas that are difficult or dangerous to enter. Second, a Public Address system was flown aboard a UAV several times over a three day period at extreme altitudes, and was proven easily intelligible on the ground over a wide area.
